By the order of General director of FSUE “Rosmorport” dated April, 28th, 2010 № 207 due to production necessity the position of deputy director for capital construction was set in the staff list of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Ust-Luga branch.

By the order of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Ust-Luga branch director dated May, 4th, 2010 № 43-k Konovalov Vladimir Egorovich was appointed to the post starting from the 4th of May, 2010.

Deputy director for capital construction of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Ust-Luga branch is in charge of designing and construction of port infrastructure facilities in the seaport of Ust-Luga, assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport”, and targeted and efficient usage of budget investments.
