By the order of Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Infrastructure of the Russian Federation from April, 2, 2010 № 182-ОД the reconstructed maritime cargo constant multilateral check point over the border of the Russian Federation in opened in the seaport of Ust-Luga within the limits of the berths № 1 and № 2 of the coal terminal, universal reloading terminal, first starting turn of a versatile reloading complex "Jug-2", complex of technical sulphur overloading, railway component of an auto-railway ferry complex.

The order of Rosgranitsa comes into force 10 days after the day of its official publication.
