By the order of acting captain of the seaport of Vysotsk I.E. Zolotykh from April, 27th, 2010 № 12/2010 due to stable warm weather conditions and absence of ice interfering the navigation in the approaches to the seaport of Vysotsk:

1. Restrictions on ice navigation for vessels with no ice class will be annulled starting from 00:00 AM April, 28th, 2010;
2. Icebreaking campaign 2009-2010 will be closed starting from 00:00 AM April, 30th, 2010;
3. Summer navigation in the water area of the seaport of Vysotsk will be opened starting from 00:00 AM May, 1st, 2010.
