Restrictions on icebreaking navigation in the seaports of Vyborg and Vysotsk were introduced

According to the order of the 1st deputy captain of The Greater Port Saint-Petersburg A.F. Glukhov dated 13.01.2010 № 02-KP-01-R restrictions on icebreaking navigation in the approaching waterways in the seaports of Vyborg and Vysotsk were introduced. The restrictions were introduced for purposes of ensuring icebreaking navigation safety on the basis of an actual state and development forecasts of ice conditions in the approaching waterways in the seaports of Vyborg and Vysotsk.

Starting from 00-00 15.01.2010 restrictions were introduced for ships without an ice class, ships with power plants capacity less than 2000 h.p. and tugged barge-towboat stocks.
