FSUE "Rosmorport" statements of claim to five largest stevedore companies of the seaport of St.-Petersburg for a total sum about 600 million rubles are admitted by Arbitration court of St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region

Arbitration court of St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region admitted FSUE "Rosmorport" claims to five largest stevedore companies of the seaport of St.-Petersburg:

OAO “Sea Port St.-Petersburg”;
ZAO “Fourth Stevedore Company”;
ZAO “First Stevedore Company”;
OAO “Baltic Bulk Terminal”;
ZAO “Petersburg Oil Terminal”.

FSUE "Rosmorport" intends to collect from the given companies the sum of the superficial enrichment formed due to payment by the stevedore companies of a rent for sea moorings (moorings are the property of the Russian Federation fixed after FSUE "Rosmorport" on the rignt economic authority) in size smaller, than it is established by an estimation of rights of property usage which was made by independent appraisers. The total sum of claims makes about 600 million rubles from 2004 till the moment of conclusion of rent contracts by the stevedore companies in the established order.
