In accordance with the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation Order dated 05.11.2023 No. 162, the borders of the sea cargo permanent multilateral checkpoint across the state border of the Russian Federation in the seaport of Shakhtersk were amended.

The adjustments are related to clarifying the boundaries of the water area of the checkpoint in order to exclude shallow water areas which are not used for commercial navigation purposes. It will increase the effectiveness of border, customs and other types of control over persons, vessels, cargo and goods arriving or departing from the territory of the Russian Federation.
