By order of FSUE “Rosmorport”No. 699/k of June 8, 2018, Evgeny Pankratov who had previously held the position of the chief engineer of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Sakhalin Branch and acted as director of the  FSUE “Rosmorport” Sakhalin Branch, was transferred to the position of director of the Sakhalin Branch.
