Nevelsk Seaport Boundaries Changed

In accordance with Russian Goverment Resolution No 614-r of April 04, 2017 changes have been introduced to the boundaries of the seaport of Nevelsk.

The corrections have been made due to including additional and correcting existing sections of water terminals Kurilsk (Iturup Island, Kitovy Bay) and Olya Bay of the Sea of Okhotsk), Yuzhno-Kurilsk (Kunashir Island in Yuzhno-Kurilsk Bay, the Pacific coast), Krabozavodsk (Shikotan Island, Krabovaya Bay, the Pacific coast), Malokurilsk (Shikotan Island in Malokurilsk Bay, the Pacific coast) in order to develop the harbor infrastructure and the fisheries industry.
