By Rosmorrechflot Order No. YK-110-r dated 06.06.2016 information on the seaport of Korsakov in the Register of Seaports of the Russian Federation was amended.

Amendments are related to clarifying information on the throughput capacity of certain cargo terminals in the seaport, as well as decrease in maximum dimensions of vessels, which can call at the seaport of Korsakov. That is associated with cessation of oil loading from the Vityaz oil platform directly to vessels, because nowadays oil flows through TransSakhalin pipeline system to oil export terminal in the seaport of Prigorodnoye. Previously, vessels with maximum length 280 meters could moor at the platform.

Besides, the amendments clarify the names of the seaport Administration and individual sea terminals operating in the seaport.
