Compulsory Regulations in Alexandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport

The Compulsory Regulations in Alexandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport approved by Ministry of Transport of Russia order dated 13.12.2012 № 428, become effective on 26 April 2013. The Compulsory Regulations in Alexandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport stipulate:
- rules for call and exit of vessels to/from Aleksandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport;
- rules for navigation and mooring of vessels in the water area of Aleksandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport;
- rules for provision of environmental safety and quarantine in Aleksandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport;
- rules for usage of special means of communication on the territory and in the water area of Aleksandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport.
Besides, the Compulsory Regulations in Alexandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport contain information on:
- technical capacities of Alexandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport for receiving vessels and water area depths of the seaport;
- transmission of navigation and weather information to shipmasters of vessels staying in Alexandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport, and also information on the threat of illegal intrusion in the seaport,
and other information stipulated in the marchant shipping legislation of the Russian Federation.
In comparison with the previous edition of the Compulsory Regulations in Alexandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport, the new edition was amended concerning preparation of vessel documents, and also arrangment of navigation and mooring in Alexandrovsk-Sakhalinsky Seaport.
