An intraindustrial meeting with employees of the enterprise's subdivisions, responsible for technical operation and development of systems for navigation safety and transport security of seaports waters, chaired by Deputy Head for Navigation Safety of FSUE “Rosmorport”, was held in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky from October 12 to October 16, 2015.

The meeting was also attended by the specially invited representatives of Rosmorrechflot, FSBI “Administration of the seaports of Sakhalin, Kurily and Kamchatka”, North-Western Department of the Far Eastern Branch of FAI “Russian Maritime Register of Shipping”, FSUE “Morsviazsputnik”, representatives of project-related organizations and contractors.

During the hearing of the summary reports of the enterprise branches employees, the participants of the meeting discussed a wide range of issues, pertaining to planning, designing, constructing, reconstructing and technical re-equipment of facilities of the navigation safety systems of the enterprise. Special attention was paid to procedures and results of transfer and acceptance of the previously created engineering and technical aids for ensuring transport security of the seaports water area under the economic management of the enterprise. Within the planned program, the participants of the meeting visited the communication control center of the coastal station of A1 sea area of the GMDSS of the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and the central station for monitoring the engineering and technical transport security aids, where they got acquainted with the work of the specialists of the Petropavlovsk Branch and capabilities of the ETAETS in the seaport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky water area.
