Employees of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch have been awarded the honorary title “Don Labor Dynasty” for their significant contribution to the formation of labor traditions, the preservation of family values and continuity of generations in the transport industry. Diplomas were presented to representatives of the labor dynasties of the region by Vasily Golubev, Governor of the Rostov Region, at a solemn ceremony in Rostov-on-Don in the historical park “Russia is My History” on April 27.

One of the dynasties awarded the honorary title was the Savchenko Dynasty, whose representatives work in the Azov Department of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch. They are Alexander Malyshev, Head of the Pilotage Service, Yana Malysheva, Head of the Legal Department, and Maksim Malyshev, Driver and Courier of the Transport Department. The total labor experience of the Savchenko Dynasty in water transport of Don amounts to 180 years.

In addition, the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch was awarded an honorary diploma of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Rostov Region for ensuring the effective implementation of State family policy, preserving the continuity of generations and multiplying the best labor traditions. Alexander Lozychenko, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Rostov Region, presented an honorary diploma to Mikhail Ozheredov, Deputy Director of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch – Head of the Azov Department, and Alexey Melenin, Chief Specialist of the Labor Protection Sector of the Azov Department of the branch.

The honorary title “Don Labor Dynasty” was established in order to revive, preserve and develop the continuity of family labor traditions in the Rostov region. In the Year of the Family, announced by President of Russia for 2024, dynasties who work in the transport industry, the radio-electronic industry, the public sector, and education were awarded the honorary title.
