Following the implementation of the social initiative of the Coordination Council for Blood Donation at the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, on December 3, 2021, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch took part in the donor action named “Chiefs are Nearby. Blood Donation", which was held at the state budgetary healthcare institution (SBHI) “Blood Transfusion Station” of the Krasnodar Territory Ministry of Health.

A group of initiative employees of the branch, consisting of 9 people, underwent a voluntary blood donation procedure at the SBHI “Blood Transfusion Station of the Novorossiysk city” in the safest possible conditions to prevent coronavirus infection. At the beginning of the procedure, the volunteers had a survey to see if there were any contraindications for blood donation, and then each participant donated 450 ml of blood.

At the end of the procedure, all employees of the branch who took part in the action were awarded honorary certificates “To a Chief of the Donor Movement”.
