On September 28-29, 2021, Novorossiysk hosted a meeting of employees of procurement divisions of the FSUE "Rosmorport" central office and branches on a wide range of issues related to key changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation to regulate the procurement activities of certain types of legal entities.

Along with employees of the enterprise, representatives of federal electronic trading platforms RTS-tender, LLC and TEK-Torg, JSC took part in the meeting.

During the event, participants evaluated the results of the procurement activities of the enterprise in 2021, analyzed amendments to the procurement legislation of the Russian Federation, and assessed the impact of these changes on the procurement activities of the enterprise.

The meeting participants discussed the results of the current Regulation on the purchase of goods, works, services for the needs of FSUE "Rosmorport", taking into account the adjustments made to it in 2020 and the first half of the current year, as well as potential aspects of the impact of the planned changes in the main document regulating the procurement activities of the enterprise.

At the event, employees of the procurement divisions of FSUE "Rosmorport", together with representatives of federal electronic trading platforms, discussed practical aspects of the functioning of electronic trading platforms considering changes in the procurement legislation of the Russian Federation coming into force, and also analyzed topical issues and problems with functioning of certain sections of electronic trading platforms when organizing and conducting competitive procedures of the enterprise.
