Reduction coefficients to harbor dues in the seaports of Novorossiysk and Sochi established

In accordance with the order of FSUE “Rosmorport” No. 91 dated 22.03.2021 in order to develop cruise passenger traffic between seaports in the Black Sea when calculating harbor dues (except for pilotage dues for ensuring the navigation of the vessel) in the seaports of Novorossiysk and Sochi for passenger vessels operating on sea lines with the main seaports of entry Sochi, Novorossiysk, Yalta, Sevastopol and Sukhum, opened in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, a coefficient of 0.1 is applied.

The order of FSUE “Rosmorport” on the establishment of a reduction coefficient in the seaports of Novorossiysk and Sochi entered into force on March 22, 2021.

Earlier, in accordance with the order of FSUE “Rosmorport” No. 574 dated 24.12.2020 in the seaport of Novorossiysk, when calculating pilotage dues (except for fees for providing pilotage for vessel) for container vessels operating on lines opened in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, a coefficient of 0.9 was set for pilotage rates, which applies from January 1, 2021.
