The FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch took part in the third scientific and technical conference “Port Hydraulic Structures: Legal Framework and Prospects for the Development” on September 6-7, 2018.

Director of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Anna Fomenko addressed the participants in the conference.

Deputy director for capital construction and repairs of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Yevgeny Karpachev gave a report on prospects for the development of the port infrastructure in the branch.

Project manager of the FSUE “Rosmorport” scientific and technical group Alexander Ilchenko told the participants in the conference about standardization problems in sea transport and projects for developing regulatory instruments on design and technical maintenance of port hydraulic structures.

During the two-day conference, the participants exchanged views on a wide range of issues related to state regulation of port hydraulic structures technical maintenance. They discussed reliability and safety of facilities of the port infrastructure and shared experience on the development of advanced technology to build, protect and repair port hydraulic structures.

A marine photo exhibition has been organized at the hall of the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch as part of the conference.
