On December 30, 2016 by FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Order No. ACH-005699/K dated 05.12.2016, Deputy Director for Navigation Safety of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch I. Khocholava was relieved of his post at his own request.

From January 17, 2017 by FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Order No. ACH-000212/K dated 18.01.2017, Sergey Zaryaev was appointed Deputy Director for Navigation Safety of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch.
