Nadezhda Sailing Ship Heads for the Seaport of Kaliningrad

On October 28, 2016 Nadezhda sailing ship, having replenished food supplies and taken on board Admiral Ushakov SMU cadets, after successful exit from the seaport of Novorossiysk headed for the seaport of Kaliningrad.

Representatives of the city-hero of Novorossiysk Administration, teaching staff and other officials came to see the vessel and the Admiral Ushakov SMU cadets off on their long voyage as their first training sailing practice.

The ceremonial seeing off was also attended by the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch Director Anna Fomenko.

Nadezhda training sailing ship plans to pass the Novorossiysk-Kaliningrad route for 25 days without calling at seaports.
