According to order No. 387 of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated October 31, 2012 “On approval of harbor dues list in seaports of the Russian Federation” and Articles of FSUE “Rosmorport”, in order to ensure operation of technical facilities to ensure transport safety in the seaport of Tuapse, from 00 hours 00 minutes (Moscow time) of December 15, 2015, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch collects dues for seaport water area transportation security for the corresponding services, rendered by FSUE “Rosmorport” in the seaport of Tuapse.
