From 23 to 26 September 2014 the Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch held an extended working meeting of officers responsible for HR and organization of labor and payment in the headquarters and branches of FSUE “Rosmorport”.

During the meeting the officers discussed various issues of organization of HR record-keeping, labor payment and methodological aspects of the recording of total hours worked by the shipboard personnel.

The meeting was also attended by experts of the State Labor Inspection of Krasnodar Territory, who told the participants about the most frequent employers’ mistakes usually found by state inspections during the audits of employers’ compliance to the requirements of the labor legislation of the Russian Federation.
