By Rosmorrechflot regulation dated 16.07.2014 No. AP-269-r information on Tuapse seaport in the Register of Seaports of the Russian Federation was amended.

The amendments specify the principal technical characteristics of the seaport and are caused by increase in number of berths in Tuapse seaport due to construction of the berth for grain mooring, and two deep-water berths for light and dark oil products transshipment.
 
Furthermore, by Rosmorrechflot regulation the parameters of vessels allowed for entry into Tuapse seaport are amended according to their maximum draft and length. This became possible due to the project on deep-water berth No. 1A construction for transshipment of light and dark oil products in Tuapse seaport which was realized by FSUE “Rosmorport” in cooperation with JSC “NK Rosneft”, within the project the enterprise formed the area of the deep-water berth No. 1A as a part of operational waters of the berth No. 1A, operational waters of the berth No. 1B, turning basin and the approaches to them. Those large-scale dredging works held in order to construct underwater hydraulic facilities opened a possibility to enter and moor the vessels with carrying capacity of 100 thousand tons and 15 meters draft at the deep-water berth No. 1A in Tuapse seaport.
 
Apart from the abovementioned amendments about Tuapse seaport brought into the Register of Seaports of the Russian Federation, names of separate operators for marine terminals are specified, as well as a list of the services they provide.

The Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch has at its disposal 20 berths of various purpose in Tuapse seaport with the total length of moorage walls of 3,5 km. The share of Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch berths in the total amount of Tuapse seaport berths is 58,8 %. 17 berths of all Azovo-Chernomorsky Basin Branch in Tuapse seaport are rented to operators of marine terminals.
 
In Tuapse seaport three objects are currently available for rent to interested companies for intended use:
berth, slip and water station quay with steps.
