The Azovo-Chernomorsky basin branch informs that since November, 1 2012 the automobile terminal administration (Vladimirovka settlement, Novorossiysk) unilaterally changed the conditions of payments and registration of motor vehicles (MV), arriving at the terminal for further shipment and transportation by the Novorossiysk-Sochi-Novorossiysk ferry. In particular, the new order of parking payments was established:
     - first 24 hours of parking at the terminal are paid by the the Azovo-Chernomorsky basin branch;
     - then - every full or partial day of parking at the terminal is paid by MV owners to the terminal administration, 550 rubles a day;
     - the exit from the terminal is closed for MVs if their parking at 2nd and further days is't paid.

In  order to prevent customers' additional expences the Azovo-Chernomorsky basin branch cancells the obligatory registration at the terminal since November, 12 2012. The Azovo-Chernomorsky basin branch Ferry Management Department recommends customers to follow this rules:
     - to plan a MV arrival in Novorossiysk and adjoin settlements not earlier than 24 hours before the shipment and not later than at 10:00 of a shipment day;
     - to use authorized parking areas while waiting for shipment invitation, for example - at the specialized cargo terminal in Verhnebakanskiy settlement;
     - a MV owner or drive must register his MV arrival at the Azovo-Chernomorsky basin branch Ferry Management Department no later than 10:00 of a shipment day and receive a confirmation document. The registration is implemented by sending an application by e-mail: operation02@parom.rmpnovo.ru, or SMS: +7 (918) 632-00-01. A customer must specify:
     - MV driver's surname, name and patronymic;
     - MV state registration number;
     - MV location.

In case the customer doesn't have a confirmation document issued by the Azovo-Chernomorsky basin branch Ferry Management Department, claims are not accepted.
