By the Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia No. 184  dated May 18, 2022 the Mandatory Regulations in the seaport of Kandalaksha were amended.

The amendments are related to the establishment of the boundaries of the places of moorage and (or) maintenance of vessels and other watercraft with nuclear power plants and radiation sources in the seaport of Kandalaksha, subject to protection by the troops of the National Guard Service.

The Murmansk Branch of the FSUE "Rosmorport" in the seaport of Kandalaksha provides the following services:
- navigation services using VTS;
- pilotage services;
- services for ensuring the transport security of the water area in the seaport
of Kandalaksha, using the engineering and technical means.
