Amendments made to the Mandatory Regulations in the Seaport of Dikson

By the Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia No. 183 dated May 18, 2022 the Mandatory Regulations in the seaport of Dikson were amended.

The adjustments are related to previous changes to the boundaries of the seaport, according to which a remote marine terminal in the area of the Krestyanka River was included in the boundaries of the seaport. In particular, it was established that navigation within the water area of this remote marine terminal is carried out around the clock, and icebreaking pilotage is carried out during winter navigation. Pilotage and towing of vessels are also carried out within this section of the water area of the Dikson seaport.

In addition, the Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia established the boundaries of the place of moorage and (or) maintenance of vessels and other watercraft with nuclear power plants and radiation sources in the seaport of Dikson, subject to protection by the troops of the National Guard Service.

The Murmansk branch of FSUE "Rosmorport" in the seaport of Dikson provides services to ensure transport security of the water area of the seaport of Dikson, using engineering and technical means of the branch.

According to the results of 2021, the Murmansk Branch provided services to ensure transport security of the water area of the Dikson seaport to 182 vessels that made vessel calls to the seaport.
