Amendments made to the Mandatory Regulations in the seaport of Dudinka

By the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 182 dated 17.05.2022 the Mandatory Regulations in the seaport of Dudinka were amended.

The amendments are related to the clarification of the speed of marine traffic in the waters of the seaport of Dudinka, regulations for marine traffic in restricted visibility and moorage at berths.

In addition, the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation clarifies the rules for mooring operations in the seaport and information on the minimum number and capacity of tugs for performing mooring operations, as well as expands the list of cases of exemption from mandatory pilotage in the seaport of Dudinka. In particular, the list of exemptions includes icebreakers during the icebreaking period.

The Murmansk Branch of FSUE "Rosmorport" in the seaport of Dudinka provides services to ensure the transport security of the seaport water area using the engineering and technical means of the Branch.

According to the results of 2021, the Murmansk Branch provided services for transport security of the water area of the seaport of Dudinka to 1,267 vessels that made vessel calls to the seaport.
