The FSUE "Rosmorport" Murmansk Branch took part in the exhibition that coincided with the offsite meeting of the Council on Digital Economy Development under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, held in Murmansk.

The exhibition was attended by representatives of the leading Russian companies that presented their digital services and projects in various sectors of the economy.

Before the meeting, Andrey Turchak, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council and Chairman of the Council on Digital Economy Development under the Federation Council, Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, and Andrey Chibis, Governor of Murmansk Region, got acquainted with the exposition of the exhibition.

As part of the exhibition, the Murmansk Branch presented a stand with an exposition dedicated to the implementation of a unified industry electronic document management system (EOSED), as well as cartographic and information service. During the exhibition, the branch also demonstrated a presentation on the history of the Kola Bay VTS and Kandalaksha Bay VTS development.

EOSED currently operates in Rosmorrechflot and at the company, including all its branches.

With the help of EOSED, a single information space for the operational exchange of documents and instructions between Rosmorrechflot and its subordinate enterprises and institutions, as well as directly between the central office and the branches of FSUE "Rosmorport", has been created.

EOSED allows unifying rules and procedures on the basis of a single document flow regulation, providing end-to-end reporting on performing discipline, providing web access to work with it, which in the conditions of pandemic allows creating the necessary conditions for uninterrupted remote work of industry specialists.
