Aids to navigation in Kandalaksha Bay given to the Murmansk Branch

Based on a resolution issued by Russia’s Federal Agency for State Property Management Interregional Territorial Administration in the Murmansk region and the Republic of Karelia fourteen aids to navigation in the seaports of Vitino and Kandalaksha have been assigned to FSUE “Rosmorport” on the basis of the right of economic management and given to the Murmansk Branch pursuant to the FSUE “Rosmorport” order.

Particularly, the following equipment has been given in the seaport of Vitino:
- two marks of the of the Oleniy Severny leading line designed for marking the axe of the vessel movement from the Palkinsky leading line to the Perekhodny range;
- two marine lights of the Perekhodny leading line designed for marking the axe of the vessel movement from the Oleniy Severny leading line to the Prichalny range;
- two marine lights of the Prichalny leading line designed for marking the axe of the veseel movement from the Perekhodny leading line to berths of the seaport of Vitino.

Four marine lights of the Anisimorsky leading line and the Krestovy leading line designed for marking axes of the approach fairway of the seaport of Kandalaksha have been given to the enterprise in the seaport of Kandalaksha.

In addition, four marine lights the Bolshoy Berezovy leading line and the Zapadnaya Ryashkova Salma leading line have been given to the enterprise in the Kandalaksha Bay. They are designed for marking axes of navigable waterways during the navigation of vessels between the seaport of Vitino and the seaport of Kandalaksha.

The aids to navigation given to the enterprise had been used earlier by Russia’s Navy Hydrographic Service.
