The Murmansk Region Ministry for Internal Policy and Mass Communications has expressed gratitude to the Murmansk Branch for organizing and conducting the international educational action “The Big Ethnographic Dictation 2017”.

During the action, the Vladivostok icebreaker has become one of the most significant platforms for organizing the dictation.

The captain and crewmembers of the vessel, as well as employees of the Murmansk Branch all participated in the action.

Following the results of the event the Vladivostok icebreaker has been recognized the bravest platform where the Big Ethnographic Dictation 2017 was held.
