The FSUE “Rosmorport” Murmansk Branch has been awarded with a Winner Diploma of the all-Russian annual contest of the Russian Federation Pension Fund “Best Mandatory Pension Insurer-2016” in the category of 100 to 500 persons in the Murmansk region.

The contest was held for the 6th time in order to enhance the level of social responsibility of employers and their involvement in the process of increasing future pensions of the Russian citizens.

During the competitive selection in the Murmansk region, 48 legal entities took part in the contest in nomination “Best Mandatory Pension Insurer-2016” in the category of 100 to 500 persons.

The main criteria for selection of the winners were:
- the employer must timely and fully transfer insurance fees into the insurance and cumulative parts of labor pensions of its employees, and also submit on time and without errors all documents required for personalized account keeping, award and recalculation of pensions, and conversion of pension rights;
- employer must timely perform registration in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation when hiring people, who do not have insurance certificates; whereas the registration in the mandatory pension insurance system must cover 100% employees of the employer;
- within a calendar year no complaints against employer about violations of mandatory pension insurance legislation must be recorded by the departments of the Pension Fund;
- the average salary of employees must be above the sum of the subsistence minimum as approved by the public authorities of the Russian Federation;

Also, the competitive commission took into account participation of the employer in co-financing of pension savings of employees and submission to the Russian Federation Pension Fund of electronic documents, required for award and recalculation of pensions.
