Under Decree No. 74 of June 27, 2018 issued by the acting head of the Republic of Dagestan, deputy director for capital construction and repairs of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Makhachkala Branch Fulov Manolis Konstantinovich has been awarded with a certificate of merit for his achievements and the multiyear fruitful work.
