1. General information
The FSUE "Rosmorport" Azov Basin Branch renders services on providing crew boats, and other auxiliary vessels in the seaports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don, and Taganrog for transportation to/from vessels of crews, sea agents (representatives of sea agents and ship owners), Russian Federation state border checkpoint committees, documents, food, cargo, or goods.
The crew and auxiliary boats fleet of the Azov Basin Branch consists of 8 vessels, which are located in the following seaports:

During winter navigation, if nessesary, the icebreakers of the branch Kapitan Demidov, Kapitan Moshkin, Kapitan Chudinov, Georgy Sedov and Fanagoriya can be used as crew boats.
2. Crew boats services terms and conditions
Crew boats services of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azov Basin Branch are provided on the basis of the public contract for rendering services on providing navigation in the seaports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don, and Taganrog and on approaches to them (hereinafter – the Contract). Provisions of the contract and procedure for signing it are specified in the section “Harbor Dues and Tariffs of the Azov Basin Branch”.

Crew boats are provided by the Azov Basin Branch in the seaports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don, and Taganrog by a written application of the client, and after preliminary agreement of the technical possibility to provide a vessel with the dispatchers on duty of the Azov Basin Branch:

If the Azov Basin Branch dispatchers approve the possibility of provision of a crew boat, the written appliction shall be submitted not later than 3 hours before the estimated start time:

On the basis of the submitted application an Azov Basin Branch boat is presented at the specified time and place for conducting the requested works. All works performed by the Azov Basin Branch vessels used as crew boats are recorded in the acceptance certificate with indication of work time on the way, and during the stop, which is signed by the client representative, or vessel captain, and the branch crew boat captain. Payment shall be made within 30 calendar days from the receipt of an invoice by the client.
