     1. General information

     The Taganrog Department of the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azov Basin Branch renders services in the seaport of Taganrog on acceptance and transportation of shipboard waste in accordance with the requirements of MARPOL 73/78 (except for ballast water, waste associated with cargo, waste associated with cleaning of cargo and fuel tanks) for the entire time the vessel spends in the seaport of Taganrog.

     The Taganrog Department of the Azov Basin Branch has a bilge waters collection vessel and necessary equipment for reception and transportation of waste from vessels.

     2. Terms and conditions of ecological services

     Terms and conditions of ecological services on shipboard collection 

     Services on collection of waste from vessels in the seaport of Taganrog are provided by the Taganrog Department of the Azov Basin Branch on the basis of the Procedure for the provision by the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azov Basin Branch of services on acceptance of shipboard waste from vessels paying the environmental due in the seaport of Taganrog in the established manner, approved by the order of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azov Basin Branch dated June 1, 2022 No. 786, and a public contract on maintaining navigation and stay of vessels in the seaports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don, and Taganrog and on approaches to them.      Ecological dues are charged for services on collection of shipboard waste by the Taganrog Department of the Azov Basin Branch in the seaport of Taganorg.      Terms and conditions of ecological services on shipboard collection from vessels exempt from payment of ecological dues and submission of shipboard waste in the seaport of Taganrog

     Services on collection of waste from vessels exempt from payment of ecological dues and submission of shipboard waste in the seaport of Taganrog are provided by the Taganrog Department of the Azov Basin Branch on the basis of a public contract on maintaining navigation and stay of vessels in the seaports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don, and Taganrog and on approaches to them. Terms of the public contract and the procedure of its conclusion are available in the section “Harbour Dues and Tariffs of the Azov Basin Branch”.
     For waste to be collected from a vessel a written application stipulating the amount of waste and vessel's location shall be filed to the dispatcher's office of the Azov Basin Branch:
     from 07:00 till 19:00 (Moscow time)

     from 19:00 till 07:00 (Moscow time)
     by fax: +7 (863) 287-00-13, or by e-mail: dispetcher@abf.rosmorport.ru, or by courier at: Komsomolskiy Spusk St., 2, Taganrog, Rostov Region, Russia. The application is reviewed within one hour, and if it is technically possible to provide the requested services, a specialized vessel of the Azov Basin Branch is sent to the destination specified in the application to perform waste collection. In exceptional cases, the vessel can approach to the collector on its own, provided that there is a vacant cargo berth. To learn the exact time of vessel's processing, please contact the dispatcher's office of the Azov Basin Branch by phone: + 7 (8634) 31-76-10. 
     When the collection of waste is finished, a ship’s waste and garbage receipt, confirming the fact of removing the waste from the vessel, is issued to be used for calculation of payment for the provided services. Payment for the services provided by the Taganrog Department of the Azov Basin Branch shall be made according to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Contract on waste collection.
