1. General information
The FSUE "Rosmorport" Azov Basin Branch provides local telephone communication services to legal and physical entities on the territory of Taganrog seaport, and in neighbouring areas of the town of Taganrog.
For those purposes the Azov Basin Branch disposes of a modern automatic telephone station "Proton", which enables the branch to render high-quality up-to-date services, and also of a far-reaching network of telephone cables.
The telephone communication services of the Azov Basin Branch include automatic local connection, and access to town, national, and international public network.
The Azov Basin Branch provides additional services with the use of a digital automatic telephone station:
- automatic alarm;
- forwarding of incoming calls to another phone number, if the client is busy;
- unconditional forwarding of incoming calls;
- notification of a new call;
- connection without dialing;
- conference call for three people;
- call transfer;
- call switching (for reference during the talk).

The Azov Basin Branch conducts activities on providing local telephone communication services on the basis of a License of Local Telephone Communication Services, Excluding Local Telephone Communication Service with the Use of Coin-Box Telephone and Collective Access Equipment No. 161885 of 07.05.2018, issued by Roskomnadzor.
2. Communication services terms and conditions
The procedure of making and remaking contracts for local telephone communication with the Azov Basin Branch is conducted in accordance with the Rules on providing local, zonal, national and international communication approved by Government of Russia Decree dated 18.05.2005 № 310.
For installation of a telephone and making a communication services contract for physical entities or communication services contract for legal entities it is necessary to file an application (for physical entities and for legal entities) together with the copies of documents by list to the Azov Basin Branch by fax: +7 (8634) 31-73-21 or scanned by e-mail: tgn@abf.rosmorport.ru.
The application is reviewed by the Azov Basin Branch within 5 working days. Since it is admitted that it can be fulfilled, an Azov Basin Branch operater contacts the client by phone or address mentioned in the application to sign the Contract and coordinated the time of installation.
The services of local telephone communication are provided by the Azov Basin Branch round-the-clock, without breaks or holidays, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
Re-execution of a Contract, inluding cases, when there is a need in additional services of local telephone communication provided by the Azov Basin Branch, is performed in the same way as making of a Contract.
