Due to the end of the winter navigation season, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azov Basin Branch completed work on setting up of 138 units of summer floating navigation means in the seaports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don and Taganrog on March 20, 2023.

The floating means, designed to fence the borders of sea canals and the navigable passage of the Don River during summer period, are set up in addition to the already established 116 units of all-season floating navigation equipment used by the branch year-round.

The summer floating navigation means were set up using Yuri Romanchenko buoy boat of the branch.

During winter period all of these summer navigation means underwent ongoing repair works by the forces and technical means of the Azov Basin Branch, including the repair of hulls, priming, painting, repair of bridle chains and light-optical equipment.
