The Azov Basin Branch disposes of property on the territory and in the water areas of the seaports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don, and Taganrog, which is necessary for conducting the major types of activities stipulated in the Statute on the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azov Basin Branch.
As of 01.04.2016 the FSUE "Rosmorport" Azov Basin Branch has been secured 2 571 objects of movable property and 159 objects of real property on the basis of economic control rights.
Of all the property objects of the branch 122 are stationary objects, represented by hydraulic engineering structures, buildings, constructions, and objects under construction, and 37 are the branch's vessels.
In accordance with the requirements of Government of Russia Regulation dated 16.07.2007 № 447 "On perfectionig of the federal property record system", information on the Azov Basin Branch property was entered into the federal property registry.
The Azov Basin Branch property is located on the land plots with the total area size of 32 hectares, which are used on the basis of lease, uncompensated fix-term use, and perpetual use, and are situated on the territories of the seaports of Azov, Rostov-on-Don, and Taganrog.
Besides, the Azov Basin Branch uses 0,82 km2 of surface water bodies located in the water areas of the seaports of Azov and Taganrog, and also in the water area of the Don river near its left bank.
