The FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan Branch renders services on provision of digital radio-relay lines communication channels to all interested organizations in the Volga-Caspian Sea Shipping Canal (hereinafter - the VCSSC) from the city of Astrakhan to 145 km of VKMSK island.
The Branch has 4 spans of radio relay line situated along the VCSSC and radio relay stations in Astrakhan, in Novo-Bulgary vil., on the Karantinny Cove (near the seaport of Olya), onIskusstvenny Island and at 145 km of VCSSC island.
The length of the radio relay communication line of the branch is 141 km. The information capacity of the interval Astrakhan – Iskusstvenny island is 96 Mbit/s. The information capacity of interval Iskusstvenny island - 145 km of VCSSC island is 2x8 Mbit/s. The equipment has a 100% redundancy (configuration 1 + 1).
With the use of the available technical equipment of the Astrakhan Branch customers can be provided with digital communication channels of information capacity 2 Mbit/s (E1 stream).
The activities of the Astrakhan Branch on rendering communication services for provision of communication channels are performed in accordance with license No 160147 of November 16, 2017 for rendering of communication services for provision of communication channels, issued by Roskomnadzor.
2. Procedure of rendering services on provision of communication channels
Services for the provision of communication channels are rendered by the Astrakhan Branch to interested parties on the basis of Contract for rendering services on the provision of communication channels (hereinafter - the Contract).
For the conclusion of the Contract the customer sends a written application to the Astrakhan Branch by fax: +7 (8512) 58-57-76 or a scan by e-mail: GMDSS@ast.rosmorport.ru. The application will be considered within ten days, and in the absence of technical constraints on the possibility to provide the requested services, the Astrakhan Branch sends two copies of the drawn up Contract to the customer for signing. The Contract signed by the customer must be returned to the Astrakhan Branch at: Kapitana Krasnova St 31, Astrakhan 414016, Astrakhan Region, Russia.
Services for the provision of communication channels are rendered by the Astrakhan Branch in the manner and on the terms of the concluded contract.
