In early March 2023, the FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan Branch organized another transfer of humanitarian cargo as part of its own initiatives to support military personnel who are in the area of a special military operation on the territory of the Lugansk People's Republic.

The parcels collected by the Astrakhan Branch consists of cylinders for portable gas burners for heating food, socks, medicines, sweets and cookies. Those are planned to be distributed directly to military units where military conscripts from the Astrakhan region are currently serving.
