Boundaries of the seaport of Astrakhan changed

By the Government of Russia order No. 3264-r dated October 31, 2022, the boundaries of the seaport of Astrakhan were amended.

The amendments concern the clarification of the boundaries of plot No. 11 by combining it with plot No. 14 of the territory of the seaport of Astrakhan. In the expanded territory of the new plot No. 11, there is currently, for example, berth No. 10 with a length of 383.3 m, designed for transshipment of ferrous metal, general and packaged goods, timber cargo and for servicing vessels with a length of 140 m, a width of 15.6 m and a load draft of 4.5 m, as well as other port infrastructure facilities.

As for three other plots of the seaport territory, their numbering in the list of plots forming the territory of the seaport of Astrakhan were changed by the order of the Government of Russia. Thus, on two plots of the territory of the seaport of Astrakhan, which have received a new numbering, there are port infrastructure facilities of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan Branch, designed to ensure the uninterrupted operation of 336 navigation equipment installed in the waters of the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya.
