The Astrakhan Branch informs that from January 1, 2017 changes were introduced to:
- tariffs for additional icebreaking services and towage services using Kapitan Chechkin, Kapitan Bukaev and Kapitan Metsayk icebreakers
- tariffs for water bunkering services at the operational quay in the seaport of Astrakhan,
provided by the Astrakhan Branch.
