According to order No. 387 of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated October 31,2012 “On approval of harbor dues list in seaports of the Russian Federation” and Articles of FSUE “Rosmorport”,  in order to ensure transportation security in the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya water areas, maintenance, service, repair, reconstruction and new construction of technical facilities to ensure transport safety in the corresponding seaports, from 00 hours 00 minutes of January 16, 2016 the FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch collects dues for seaport water area transportation security for corresponding services, rendered by FSUE “Rosmorport” in the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya.
