By Rosmorrechflot regulations dated 22.09.2014 No. AD-358-r and dated 22.09.2014 No. AD-356-r the information on the seaports of Astrakhan and Olya in the Register of Seaport of the Russian Federation was consequently amended.

The amendments specify the names of administration of the seaports mentioned above. In particular, the functions of seaport administration are now performed by FSBE “Administration of the Caspian Seaports” in Astrakhan Seaport and by its Olya Branch in Olya Seaport.

- pilotage services;
- icebreaking services;
- ice advisory services;
- dredging services;
- towage services;
- water bunkering services;
- geodesic and cartographic services;
- radio communication services;
- services on provision of communication channels;
- crew boats services.
