With a view of realization of the subprogram “Marine Transport” of the federal target program “Modernization of the Transport System of Russia (Years 2002 – 2010)”, approved by the governmental order of the Russian Federation from 5.12.2001 № 848, the design documentation presented by FSUE “Rosmorport” titled “State Property Objects in the Sea Trading Port of Olya, Astrakhan Region. Mooring 5a” was approved by the order of Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport of the Russian Federation from 23.12.2009 г. № AD-274-r.

The design documentation was developed by OOO “Morproekt-Prestige”.

The design documentation obtained positive conclusion of FSE “Glavgosekspertiza of Russia” dated 08.09.2009 № 0239-09/РГЭ-0694/01.

The FSUE “Rosmorport” Astrakhan branch will hold the tender on selection of organization for construction of the mooring when the means of federal budget for realization of the project are obtained.
