1. General information
The FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch carries out hydrographic works on a contractual basis in the water areas of the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Kandalaksha, Mezen, Murmansk, Naryan Mar and Onega:
– topographical survey of the coastal line;
– detailed survey of the bottom configuration by method of areal survey in the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Kandalaksha, Murmansk and Onega;
– detailed survey of the bottom configuration by method of depth sounding in the seaports of Naryan Mar, Mezen and Onega;
– location of navigational and hydrographic facilities;
– survey coordination and vertical positioning of various stationary shore-based facilities used for navigational and hydrographic support of navigation.
The materials of the survey of the bottom configuration may be used for correcting sea navigation maps, navigation guides and aids, and for planning and performing dredging works.
In order to carry out the respective works the Arkhangelsk Branch has high professional personnel with big experience in the field of geodesy and hydrography, and the Branch has necessary equipment and technical means:
In the seaport of Arkhangelsk
– the Taifon hydrographic vessel equipped with:
a) the automated hydrographic complex based on Kongsberg EM3002 and Odom Teledyne MB2 multibeam echo sounders;
b) the Septentrio AsteRx-U MARINE GPS receiver;
c) the Odom Echotrac CV300 one-beam sounder;
– the Alkor small boat equipped with:
a) the automated hydrographic complex based on Kongsberg EM3002 multibeam echo sounder;
b) the Septentrio AsteRx-U MARINE GPS receiver;
c) the Odom Echotrac CV300 one-beam sounder.
Materials are processed by QINSY, Qimera and HYPACK software.
In the seaports of Murmansk, Kandalaksha, the seaport of Onega (terminals Belomorsk, Solovki and Kem)
– the Alkor small boat equipped with:
a) the automated hydrographic complex based on Kongsberg EM3002 multibeam echo sounder;
b) the Septentrio AsteRx-U MARINE GPS receiver;
c) the Odom Echotrac CV300 one-beam sounder.
Materials are processed by QINSY and HYPACK software.
In the seaport of Naryan Mar
– the MZ-150 tug of special use equipped with:
a) the automated hydrographic complex based on the Odom Hydrotrac one-beam echo sounder;
b) the GPS Trimble R7GNSS receiver.
Materials are processed by QINSY и HYPACK.
In the seaport of Onega
– the Solovki boat equipped with:
a) the automated hydrographic complex based on Odom Echotrac CV300 and Echotrac E20 one-beam echo sounders;
b) the GPS Trimble 5700 receiver.
Materials are processed by QINSY and HYPACK software.
2. Geodesic and hydrographic services terms and conditions
To order geodesic and cartographic services in the water areas of the seaports of Arkhangelsk, Kandalaksha, Mezen, Murmansk, Naryan Mar, and Onega from the Arkhangelsk Branch, please file the application together with the technical assignment by fax: +7 (8182) 65-03-43 or e-mail: mail@ark.rosmorport.ru.
The application will be reviewed by the Arkhangelsk Branch, and within 10 days the client will receive a response on the technical opportunities, terms and cost of the requested works. If the client agrees with the terms and conditions of the Arkhangelsk Branch, a draft standard contract is sent to the client for signing. The signed contract must be returned to the FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch.
The Arkhangelsk Branch carries out works according to the terms and conditions of the contract.
Information about the cost of geodesic and hydrographic services rendered by the Arkhangelsk Branch is given in the section “Harbour Dues and Tariffs of the Arkhangelsk Branch”.
