The Arkhangelsk Branch reports that since January 01, 2019 the changes have been made to tariffs on the following services rendered by the Arkhangelsk Branch:
- to use the Dikson icebreaker while providing individual icebreaker support for vessels and while rendering towing services;
- to provide berths in the seaport of Arkhangelsk for safe mooring of vessels without carrying out loading and unloading operations.
