Employees of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Arkhangelsk Branch jointly with the personnel of Arkhangelsk Region State Budgetary Institution “Polivanyi Rescue Service” took part in tactical athletic training in the field of civil defense and fire and catastrophe protection September 20, 2019.

Workers honed the skills aimed at fighting fires, rendering first aid and transporting injured people, evacuating from a smoke-filled room with obstacles and search for an injured person, and using personal protection equipment.

The training has been held in several stages. At every stage the teams carried out their tasks during which the time and quality of task performance, as well as coordinated efforts of each group have been assessed.

The tactical athletic training helped develop practical skills in the field of civil defense and fire and catastrophe protection and increase employees’ interest in carrying out these tasks by using the elements of a contest.
