Director of the Arkhangelsk Branch Vasily Strugov gave a I Degree award pin “For Accident-Free Work in Marine Transport” to the captain of the Kapitan Yevdokimov icebreaker Vladimir Lisovsky aboard the Dikson icebreaker on May 15, 2018. The award was given pursuant to Russia’s Federal Transportation Inspection Service order for his accident-free work in marine transport. The awarding ceremony was held within the celebrations marking the 15^th anniversary of FSUE “Rosmorport”.
