On 30 December 2013 order of the Federal Tariff Service of Russia dated 12.11.2013 No. 198-t/2 “On approval of hrabor dues rates in Arkhangelsk Seaport and making amendments to FTS of Russia order dated 30 April 2013 No. 85-t/1 “On approval of harbor dues rates for services rendered by the FSUE "Rosmorport" in the seaports of the Russian Federation” was oficially published in the “Rossiyskaya gazeta” newspaper.
 
According to the order, the rates of harbor dues charged by FSUE “Rosmorport” in Arkhangelsk Seaport were decreased:
- icebreaking dues rated – by 20 %;
- canal, lighthouse, pilotage and navigation dues rates – by 10-20 % according to type of shipping (foreign, or cabotage).

In accordance with the established procedure, the FTS of Russia order dated 12.11.2013 No. 198-t/2 will become effective within 10 days after the date of its official publication – from 10 January 2013 00:00 am.
