Sergey Laptev, pilot of the 1st category of the Arkhangelsk branch, on August 10, 2013 as an adviser to the captain of the Belomorsky-29 vessel with a load of road plates from Labytnangi town for objects under construction in Sabetta, at the request of the ship owner advised the shipmaster on safe entry of the vessel to the Seaport of Sabetta and setting it to the dock for unloading. Navigational assistance provided by the advisor of the Arkhangelsk branch let the shipmaster make a quick and, most importantly, safe enter to the seaport, set the vessel to the dock and withdraw it from the Seaport of Sabetta on completion of loading and unloading works.
