In view of the end of ice drifting on Severnaya Dvina river and favorable ice conditions in the White Sea and at the approaches to the Arkhangelsk seaport it's deputy captain S.L.Kozuba commanded to open the summer navigation period in the Arkhangelsk seaport starting 00:00 on May, 11 2012.
