Water Bodies and Land Plots

     In order to place its real assets and conduct the activities stipulated in the Statute on the FSUE "Rosmorport" Anadyr Branch, the branch uses land plots and water bodies located on the territory and in the water areas of the seaports of Anadyr, Beringovsky, Pevek, Provideniya and Egvekinot.
 
     Land use
     As of 01.01.2014 the Anadyr Branch uses 18 land plots with the overall area size of 7.27 hectares on a leasehold basis. The land plots comprise:

• 7 land plots in Anadyr Seaport with the total area size of 3.50 hectares, which makes 30.5 % of the total seaport area;
• 3 land plots in Beringovsky Seaport with the total area size of 0.85 hectares, which makes 4 % of the total seaport area;
• 2 land plots in Egvekinot Seaport with the total area size of 0.95 hectares, which makes 13 % of the total seaport area;
• 1 land plots in Pevek Seaport with the total area size of 1.13 hectares, which makes 6 % of the total seaport area;
• 5 land plots in Provideniya Seaport with the total area size of 0.84 hectares, which makes 20 % of the total seaport area.

     The land plots used by Anadyr Branch are related to several types of lands, including:

• urban lands;
• industrial, energy, transport, communications, radio, television, information technologies lands, lands for support of the space activities, defense and security lands, and lands of other special purposes. 

 
     Water use:
     At present the Anadyr Branch prepares necessary documents of entitlement in order to receive a surface water facility in the Egvekinot Seaport water area into use for placement and mooring of a branch’s vessel.
